1. Verification Codes (OTP)

Robotus sends one-time passcodes (OTPs) to verify your identity when logging in or performing sensitive actions. Codes expire in 10 minutes.

If you did not request a code, secure your account immediately.

2. Identity Verification (Stripe Identity)

Access to our advanced incognito routing features requires active document verification. This step confirms that every participant is verified as an independent individual, avoiding malicious bot farms or duplicate profiles.

• Accepted Documents: Government-issued passport, driver's license, or state identification cards.
• Processing States: Upon submitting images via our secure gateway, your pipeline state will transition to PENDING while biometric checking handles validation. This process safely resolves in 2–5 minutes.
• Account Limits: To maximize equity, an identity can only be linked to a single unique account record.

3. Account Alerts & Security

You may receive alerts for password changes, suspicious activity, or login attempts. These are strictly for security.

If you receive unexpected alerts, log in immediately and update your credentials.

4. Managing Your Phone & Email

• Keep your phone and email up to date in your profile.
• Both must be verified for registration and sensitive actions.
• Update contact info anytime from account settings.

5. SMS & Mobile Privacy

Messages include OTPs and important account/security alerts. Standard message & data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. No mobile info is shared with third parties for marketing.

6. Data Protection & Privacy Standards

We treat identity tracking with strict privacy boundaries. Your raw personal identifiers are never stored inside plain-text application tables. Instead, our verification engine transforms your extracted document profile parameters into a cryptographically obscured, irreversibly shielded hash key via Argon2 algorithms to enforce systemic safety.

7. Security Tips

• Do not share verification codes.
• Use strong, unique passwords.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report it immediately.

8. Donations & Account Activity

All donations are voluntary and support our nonprofit mission. Check your transaction history regularly to verify donations.
